Refunds and Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return label.

Simply follow these steps:

Please inform us of your refund request and which item(s) you wish to return using one of the following methods:

Contact our customer service team.
We do not accept return requests via phone or voicemail.
We will send you a prepaid return label via email within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your request.
Please place the item(s) in a box or mailing bag and return it to us using the prepaid return label.
We will initiate the refund process immediately upon receiving your returned package and completing the inventory check. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. The refund will be issued to the same credit card or payment method used for your order. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed.
Please use the return label provided by us to ensure the item is returned to the correct warehouse address corresponding to your order. We will not be responsible for refunds or reshipments if the item is sent to the wrong address due to you not contacting us for a return label. Returned items will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued. Items must be unopened and the seals intact to be eligible for a refund.

If you do not contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order, we will not issue a refund. We are not responsible for duplicate orders placed by customers online.

If a package is returned due to being undeliverable, you may choose to receive a full refund or we can reship the package free of charge. **This does not apply to refused packages. Please see the “Refused Packages” section below.

Refused Packages: If you have the option, please accept the package and contact us immediately so we can properly handle the return. If you refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the package, you will receive a refund for the product once we receive the returned package.

If you refuse a package due to obvious damage to the package or its contents, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs or any handling fees. If the package is returned to the warehouse, we can issue a full refund (including any additional shipping costs) or resend a new package to you free of charge.

If you find the product defective/damaged after opening the package, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Examples include damaged packaging seals leading to product leakage, or packaging that is scratched or punctured. We will accept the return of damaged/defective goods free of charge. We must receive the returned goods before we can process your exchange or refund.

If you refuse the package, please contact us immediately so we know the package is being returned.

Please note: Refused packages/shipments may be lost during the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse the shipment and it fails to return to our warehouse, we will not be able to process your refund. Again, customers must use the return label generated by our customer service team to ensure we receive the return.
